The Optimization Specialist will be responsible for the optimization of end-user utilization as well as end-user training within EHR systems and process put in place by the BocaCare administration. This will be achieved through a combination of efforts and outreach initiatives including, but not limited to: routine at-the-elbow support and rounding, workflow assessments, and standard end-user training. Optimization Specialists will work closely with the operations team to identify appropriate resources and methodologies to provide recommendations for system and workflow optimization. Optimization Specialists will serve as content and workflow experts, working closely with departments to provide support for existing initiatives that align with EHR documentation and functionality, standardize documentation practices to assist in providing accurate and measurable reporting metrics. The Optimization specialists will work inter-departmentally to provide revenue cycle training, ins-services and provide updated documentation and EHR compliance. Estimated pay range for this position is $22.87 - $29.73 / hour depending on experience.
