Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment
- Develop equipment usage standards, supervise operation procedures, and ensure the normal operation of equipment
- Coordinate equipment procurement, acceptance, scrapping, and spare parts management to optimize resource allocation
- Assist engineer for drafting test plans, facility debugging, and technical validation
- Resolve technical issues during the test process, provide operational training and guidance
- Develop or improve experimental methods to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy
- Standardize test data recording to ensure traceability and completeness
- Analyze data and generate test reports
- Assist in interpreting test results and propose improvement suggestions
- Draft laboratory standard operating procedures (SOP), technical documents, and operation manuals
- Track latest technology trends and evaluate the applicability of new equipment and methods
- Participate in R&D projects, propose innovative solutions or patent applications
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 1+ years lab or test working experience, OR Batchelor with 3+ years lab or test working experience
- Familiar with laboratory equipment operation and procedure operation
- Attend specific certifications (such as CLIA, CNAS, etc.) will be prefer
- Fluent in English writing and normal English speaking
