We are seeking (Vice President) Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst for Middle Office Platform.

WM_Technology

Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team.

Middle Office Platforms

Middle office is a core foundation for E*TRADE. It provides the platform with key capabilities to support customer digital journey from opening an account, funding the account, trade and order management, portfolio/balances and risk management on all digital channels. It also provides the capabilities for E*TRADE B2B stock plan business to manage participants lifecycle.

Business Analysis

This is Vice President Position that analyzes business processes, identifies needs, and establishes requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you’ll do in the role:

The incumbent will be working in Middle Office Platform Organization to drive product development including requirement gathering, technical solutioning, dependency resolution and overall lifecycle management of the product. He/she will act as a Single point of contact as an SME for all Middle office products and services and the starting point for those discussions.

Role act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and needs. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting analysis, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation with strong analytical and communications skills, a deep understanding of Financial markets and products, and the ability to work effectively withing agile development methodologies.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of technical business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field.
  • Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, financials, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values.
  • Great insight and Understanding of business processes, strategies, and operations.
  • Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools.
  • Must possess strong data analysis & modelling skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools
  • Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners
  • Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies.
  • Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Candidates should have 10 years of Technical Business Analysis or product management in Brokerage or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management
  • JIRA tool experience
  • Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers
