Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 模型训练与优化：负责大模型的训练、调优及推理性能提升（如延迟、吞吐量、资源占用等），确保模型达到业务需求指标。

2. 数据处理：参与数据清洗、特征工程及数据集构建，支持模型训练与评估。

3. 框架与工具开发：维护和优化数据处理/训练/推理 pipeline，开发自动化工具以提高效率。

4. 性能监控：跟踪线上模型表现，分析并修复性能瓶颈或异常问题。

5. 技术调研：跟进业界最新技术（如量化、剪枝、蒸馏等），探索模型轻量化与加速方案。

6. 跨团队协作：与算法工程师、后端工程师等合作，推动模型从研发到落地的全流程。

岗位要求：

教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业。

技术能力：

• 熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 C++/Shell 等语言加分。
• 熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow、Keras），具备模型训练与调试经验。
• 熟悉模型优化技术（如量化、剪枝、知识蒸馏），了解 ONNX、TensorRT、vllm 等推理加速工具。
• 熟悉数据处理工具（如 Pandas、NumPy、Spark）和特征工程方法。
• 了解分布式训练、推理框架与原理优化。
• 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Docker/Kubernetes 等部署工具优先。

经验要求：

• 2年大模型开发与部署经验，有实际生产环境模型落地案例。
• 熟悉模型性能调优，具备高并发或低延迟场景优化经验。

软技能：

• 良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能独立完成技术方案设计与实现。
• 较强的沟通能力，能与算法、运维团队高效协作。
• 持续学习意愿，能快速跟进 AI 领域新技术。

加分项：参与过开源项目，有专利或在顶会发表相关论文。
