We’re partnering with a long-term, trusted client to support the development of a robust digital platform designed for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This all-in-one solution offers tools for customer relationship management, invoicing, marketing automation, online scheduling, and more—wrapped in a sleek, user-friendly experience. The team is also building a powerful Low-Code Platform to speed up development and bring products to market faster. We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to this exciting, long-term project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices), ReactJS
- Experience with NodeJS
- Solid experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Selenium
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Good time zone overlap with US EST (at least 3–4 hours); ideally available through US Central Time noon
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a distributed team
- Understanding of scalable, cloud-native applications
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance frontend features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices
- Implement scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack
- Ensure full test coverage using automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and launch new platform features
- Contribute to the evolution of the team’s Low-Code Platform, improving efficiency and reducing time-to-market
- Integrate and enhance key platform components such as CRM, billing, payments, dashboards, and scheduling
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning
