A day in the life of the Associate Merchandiser at The North Face looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will work day-to-day with Product Merchandising team you are in charge of ensuring that the systems reflect the decisions made on products. You will learn about the full product creation and merchandising process.

What do you need to succeed?
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Location Requirement: Denver, Colorado.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus.
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:
$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
