Location: Ivy Tech Community College – Indianapolis Campus
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) – Grant Funded
Assignment Dates: Immediately - August 31, 2025
Compensation: $18/hour
Reports To: Upward Bound Director

About the Program:
TRIO Upward Bound is a federally funded college preparatory program that provides high school students with the resources and support necessary to successfully complete high school and smoothly transition into the college/university of their choice. TRIO Upward Bound at Ivy Tech Community College - Indianapolis is uniquely positioned to work exclusively with Ben Davis High School students. Our team has been trained and properly equipped to support their students through what many consider to be the most crucial time period in life. Every meeting, program, and experience that we offer has been intentionally created to strengthen our students' belief in self.
