Job Description: Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.

As a TIPM, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary networking projects with the opportunity to shape, define & deliver new methods of delivering technology solutions at scale. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Data Centers. You will manage our cross-functional projects, working with all organizational levels and groups including network operations, network engineering, infrastructure engineering & internal project management teams, as well as external vendors.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously, some on a global scale.
  • Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management on a daily basis
  • Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
  • Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs.

Qualifications:

  • You must have excellent Program Management skills, the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers whilst applying critical thinking to develop paths to success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be responsible to communicating with a variety of teams and partners as well as senior leadership.
  • You must have a proven track record of successful project management & show the ability to deliver effectively with compressed timelines while dealing with ambiguity.
  • You must possess a working knowledge of networking and data center technologies.

Pay Range:

$62 - $63 per hour
