We are a fast-paced startup seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious Marketing Programs Intern to join our team of dynamic builders, tech-enthusiasts, and compassionate professionals. Our mission is to deploy AI-powered robotic solutions that make logistics operations more human-friendly and efficient.

The marketing programs internship is a dynamic rotational three-month program that allows a passionate candidate pursuing a career in marketing or communications to experience all facets of marketing programs within a high-growth robotics startup. Working alongside the VP of Marketing and Communications and the broader marketing team, this internship will provide hands-on experience in all marketing disciplines, such as digital marketing/sales enablement, content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand/creative, and PR/communications. This position is ideal for a candidate who is eager to gain experience and contribute to brand strategy and storytelling, PR/communications, and digital marketing programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to research, ideate, and deliver on real-world projects
  • Articulate and defend your point of view with the larger team and participate in dialogue about marketing deliverables
  • Develop visual presentations and marketing collateral (digital and print) in alignment with brand standards
  • Deliver compelling messages through visual and written storytelling with social media posts, blog posts, byline articles, press releases, brand campaigns, and more
  • Support email marketing campaigns through content creation, list segmentation, lead nurturing, scheduling, and distribution
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation effectiveness and brainstorm outreach opportunities
  • Participate in the development and execution of trade shows, webinars, and events (digital and in-person)
  • Track, measure and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI to improve marketing campaigns and communicate metrics, insights, and reports to key stakeholders
  • Manage a range of creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

You are a good fit if you are:

  • Pursuing an accredited master's/bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Self-motivated and creative, eager to take initiative and ask questions along the way
  • A storyteller with demonstrated copywriting skills
  • Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented; able to define ideas down to a production specification level
  • Familiarity in marketing management, brand strategy, and product marketing
  • A strong written and verbal communicator who is open to giving and receiving feedback 
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills 
  • Organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and eager to work across various vertices in Marketing
