The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Chef de Partie – Pastry who will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the pastry kitchen at the third-party restaurant which Park Hyatt Seoul operates. This position supports the Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen and preparing high-quality bakery products.
This position is ranked from as Team Leader, and will report to the Pastry Chef.
