The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Sous Chef - Main Kitchen who will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department. This position assists the Head Chef in managing the third-party restaurant’s kitchen through planning, organizing, and overseeing operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager, and will report to the Head Chef.
