What You'll Do

As Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Lead one or more products within the CRM & Case Management portfolio, including the Salesforce platform.
• Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure delivery of compelling and effective solutions.
• Manage and mentor product managers and business analysts.
• Support the development of business cases, budgets, and product strategies.
• Identify and evaluate internal and external partnership opportunities.
• Align product development with key technology initiatives and continuously enhance product offerings.
• Foster innovation by promoting a continuous improvement mindset and agile approach.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, product marketing specifically working with Salesforce and other CRMs.
• Proven track record of successful product delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience with case management, reporting, and sales/marketing process technologies.

Expected salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually

Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
