About this opportunity:

With this role set to evolve at the end of 2023, we are keen to engage with adaptable and pioneering individuals who are ready to lead the transformation. As a crucial link between Product Development and Product Management, this role embodies a variety of functional roles such as Technical Product Managers, Agile Product owner roles (OPO), Project Portfolio Controlling, and Capability Managers. The position focuses on leading technical implementation of business requirements, facilitating translation of business strategies for practical product development, managing the project portfolio to align with the strategy, and ensuring efficient product life cycle management.

What you will do:

• Spearhead Strategic Technical Leadership initiatives.
• Oversee Requirements and Backlog Management.
• Coordinate Product Configuration.
• Manage and Organize Project Portfolio.
• Propel Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Nurture and Develop Domain Specific Competence.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related filed, preferably in telecom or SaaS.
• Strong English writing and speaking
• Presentation skills to effectively deliver key messages

Preferred Qualifications

• General understanding and knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS and AI technologies and market trends
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Proficiency in feature prioritization and roadmap planning and effectively communicate them to developers and stakeholders
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Effective meeting design and facilitation capabilities
• Analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset
