As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 1 on 1st shift here at Honeywell, you will be integral to the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that products are accurately received and shipped in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records to support our operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our shipping and receiving processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that products are delivered accurately and on time, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure optimal levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on received products and prepare items for shipment.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Experience with inventory management systems

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
