About the Role
We’re building a talent development function on our People Team to support onboarding, performance, and long-term growth across our firm. This person will lead the charge in designing scalable programs that accelerate ramp time and support functional excellence for new and tenured team members.
This is a hands-on role that spans strategy and execution. You’ll partner with leaders across all teams to create high-impact onboarding, training, and development programs. You’ll also help manage and evolve our performance review process, ensuring it's tightly linked to learning, feedback, and career growth.
In addition to your core focus on training and development, you may support a small number of broader People initiatives.
