As Senior Program Manager, for EU Marketplace, you will lead new Sellers' success, by setting the strategic direction and goals, working with world-wide stakeholders. You will focus on easing the on-boarding experience of new Sellers, helping them setting their account and listing first products on our European stores. You should be comfortable working in highly ambiguous environment in a data driven team. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working in complex projects from start to completion.
The ideal candidate should be independent and flexible, with solid analytical and communication skills, motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills. Furthermore, this role requires excellent troubleshooting, deep dive, problem-solving, skills.
At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time. Your experience should highlight your focus on putting the Sellers first, your ability to understand and guide technical requirements to support your vision, and your determination to ensure that the changes you identify had a positive business impact. The right candidate is someone who can think big while diving deep, remaining flexible to change, and passionate to drive invention.
This is a permanent position based in Luxembourg.
