Role and Responsibilities
Cost management
- Warranty operation & System management
- Warranty cost control
- Partner maintains
- Extended warranty management
- Warranty audit
- To support direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other task
- Warranty closing and control invoice
- Weekly and monthly report with analysis
- PI management & Support for SVC data
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience:
- Administration & Field Experience in customer support for 3 years
- Data Analysis Experience
Knowledge:
- Very good knowledge and understanding of systems and processes
- Very good English level
- Proficient in Excel, user of Microsoft PowerPoint
Job related skills:
- Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
- Strong creative sensibility and motivated by new challenges
- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
- Good team player and relationship building skills
