About the Role:  This position is part of the Shopper Insights team within the Consumer Market Intelligence team reporting into the Shopper Insights Sr. Director.  Overall this team is responsible for being the voice of the shopper within HUSA and for our distributor and retail partners.  This individual will at the center of how HUSA determines what is most relevant in today’s quickly changing landscape and identifying future growth opportunities.  You will have access to multiple sources of measurement and insights to provide a truly holistic view of the opportunities available to drive growth for the business.  This individual will work closely with both marketing and sales teams and be in an enviable position of influencing both brand strategies and local activation of these strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Development and updating of performance and opportunity reports 
• Business issue analysis support for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
• Integration of other CMI sources (InfoScout, Ad Tracking) into Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews
• Database management including reviewing restatements and hierarchy accuracy
• Data validation of Nielsen trends and coverage to other CMI sources
• Ad hoc business analysis for Marketing
• Training:  For new users of syndicated tool as well as new capabilities

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years working in CPG industry, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to synthesize data & simplify findings
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise with syndicated data such as Nielsen/IRI
• Previous experience working on custom research projects (surveys, ad tracking)
• Knowledge of Beer/Alcohol Beverage Industry
