As a QRR support team member you will be a key contributor to the QRR team’s success, providing essential support while working closely with a dynamic and inspiring team. You will always be staying one step ahead in a fast-paced and exciting environment ensuring our clients receive quality deliverables.

It is key that you like to combine analytical thinking with practical application and that you know how to prioritize the following tasks:

• Compliance review: Identify and select relevant files that require QRR checks based on predefined criteria and guidelines. Support the QRR Manager performing control procedures throughout the planning and production process to ensure Compliance with International and Internal requirements (Client compliance controls and QRR reviews).
• Monitoring & reporting: Gather and analyze data from various review processes. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing review findings. Develop visual aids (charts, graphs, tables) to enhance report clarity.
• Client Reporting: Ensure client documentation is accurate, complete, and comply with QRR standards. Compile reports and documentation for partner review and signature. Monitor and track the progress of the signature process to ensure timely completion.
• Coordination: Support the collaboration of the QRR team and the IACTS country specialist and other local member firms in the annual updates of IACTS templates.
• Communication and Presentation Support: Support in crafting business communications and presentations—ensuring that both the layout and content make a lasting impression.

Let’s talk about you

• You have first relevant working experience;
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, office management or similar practical experience;
• You have a critical and analytical mind-set;
• You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
• You have strong and diplomatic communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are technology minded;
• You are fluent in English.
