Job Summary:
The CHI Landing Insight & Excellence Manager is responsible for enhancing the operational excellence of CHI (Commercial Health Insurance) projects by establishing seamless governance for the full lifecycle management of CHI projects and post-launch landing excellence. This role focuses on high-quality execution and risk management of CHI projects, and support for strategic market access and innovative access initiatives. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of project management principles, innovative access strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support MAx and CHI strategic planning
- Support the development of strategic plans for MAx and CHI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of responsible CHI projects
- Drive CHI Operation Excellence through Seamless Governance
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, update and optimize CHI SOP and other governance documents. Ensure the governance frameworks are aligned with industry’s best practices and organizational objectives.
- Analyze to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and optimize project process to streamline operations and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on project execution data and industry trends.
- Support key Market Access/Innovative Access strategy projects
- Ensure CHI Project Execution Excellence and maximize business impact on key projects
- Implement the CHI project risk grading management system to achieve full lifecycle management of CHI SOP
- Algn risk management Align risk management practices with CHI SOPs to ensure consistency and effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk monitoring and response Mechanisms
- Liaise with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to manage the execution and follow-up of CHI projects at post-launch stage
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables and provide progress reports to internal stakeholders
- Closely work with insurers towards innovative CHI projects by understanding industry best practices.
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience in insurance company, TPA or related department in MNC.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Innovative Access Knowledge: Familiarity with innovative access strategies and market access initiatives.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.
- Good understanding in social and commercial payer system and market dynamic.
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Communication and Impact – Excellent presentation and some influencing skill ability to interact with key decision maker internally and externally. Ability to use influencing skills to make advantage in listing and scheme designing.
- Program management – Excellent ability to review and use data to develop insights and support decisions
- Business development – Explore HQ and local insurance company resources to develop potential programs
