As part of Platform Solutions segment at Goldman Sachs, the Quality Assurance team works closely with our partners in Delivery and with the first, second and third lines of defense to ensure our processes are functioning as designed and we are advocates for consumers initiating billing error disputes and fraud.
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Fraud and Claims Operations Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit card fraud detection and chargebacks, particularly with MasterCard chargeback requests. Quality Assurance experience is not required.
