负责生态群内各平台和项目的协同，确保资源的有效实施和整合，最大化资源使用效率
合理布局患者解决方案团队的工作重点，支持到生态圈负责人的各项关键任务的落地实施
对接圈外（总部）的医学/法务合规/准入/市场/培训等跨部门，建立沟通和合作机制，确保生态圈内外部的及时精准的传递
负责团队管理和人员辅导，不断促进团队的工作效能，打造敏捷的工作氛围和方式
