Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager, Espoo
Location: Espoo, Finland
We are part of Eaton's electrical sector and we deliver solutions for  backup power protection, power distribution and circuit protection, control and automation, lighting and security, structural solutions and wiring devices, solutions for harsh and hazardous environments. Our office is in Koskelo, Espoo, Finland.
We have an exciting and immediate opening for Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager to develop our business service. We have established processes and satisfied customers. We are now looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who is customer oriented and service minded person with good people skills and practical knowledge of ERP systems and other relevant tools needed to run customer service operation.
Your responsibilities will be:
  • Manage the daily activities of the team and ensure that Eaton's processes are carried out in timely fashion
  • Develop the tools, processes, methods used by the team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales and Service organizations and logistics as well as the EMEA central customer service center in Budapest.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative work attitude within the team and proactively look for better ways to serve customers.
  • Help the team develop sales activities and achieve the financial goals set for Customer Service Operations.
What do we expect from you:
  • You have a degree in business, engineering or equivalent knowledge
  • You are an experienced leader of people have practical experience of successfully managing people and developing processes
  • You have ability to manage change and development projects
  • You have a can do attitude
  • Systematic and goal-oriented working style and experience of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle or similar) and office tools
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
