PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer EV customer incoming calls/chat/emails
  • Enters orders into ERP system
  • Responds to price, availability & basic technical inquiries. Support properly designed technical specifications towards customers.
  • Upsell placing orders of danaaftermarket.com and use of our portals.
  • Coordinates shortage, overage, damage claims and returns
  • Coordinate technical related claims with cooperation of the relevant engineering team
  • Works with sales, accounting and product management to resolve debits, credits, and warranty related issues
  • Schedules and executes shipments in cooperation with logistics, customers and forwarders
  • Handles document requests and export documentation
  • Maintain customer service related master data
  • Participates on occasional EV related projects upon need;
  • Cooperate with the related operational teams to supply the highest standard of customer reaction

EXPECTATIONS, SKILLS NEEDED

  • Advanced English, German language is a plus.
  • Minimum Education (Profession / Specialty): Bachelor's degree in Engineering & or Administration
  • Basic electrified engineering knowledge, willingness to acquire electrified technical details
  • Required Experience (Years and Areas): Minimum of 3 years in customer service and/or engineering
  • Analysis and solution of problems and decision making
  • Conflict management and resolution
  • High customer focus
  • Experience with CRM Sales Force system or SAP as a plus.
