IS Department Manager - Data and Network

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to lead the defined service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps with effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. You will oversee the Network Security Infrastructure – overseeing daily Operations, project management, Incident Management, evaluating security posture in compliance with ABB policies and standards and managing Vendor relationships. The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS Services. You will be mainly accountable for: - Accountable for user access management services across ABB delivered through network Security platforms. - Ensures services are compliant to regulatory requirements specifically because the service caters as a compliance support function on network security controls for other dependent systems. - Ensures up-to-date services are run that support all network security objectives. - Manages and maintain documentation, end user manuals, high-level and low-level architecture and flow designs of the Network Security Tools (WAF, Micro Segmentation, Zero Trust, ZPA, ZIA, NAC) - Accountable for communication, training and awareness of stakeholders, as well as for managing & maintaining Network Security Tools - Responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations. - Accountable for creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) in order to increase transparency between the service provider and the Service Owner, and to provide feedback about the service’s performance, availability, capacity, etc

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors or Equivalent degree in relevant field.
• 15+ yrs experience in Network Security Technologies.
• Able to communicate fine balance between security and user experience.
• Transitioning from a flat structure towards a zero trust model
• Understanding ABB way
• Business first approach and Security by Design
• Experience in Micro segmentation, Secure web gate way and Firewall Management & Governance.
• Preferred Certifications-Any Security Related Certifications ,CISSP/CISM
• Networking Security-Cisco/Palo Alto Certifications
