Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing
  • Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC
  • Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy
  • Tracing shipments, interacting with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries take place
  • Sending documentation (delivery notes, proof of deliveries, invoices) to the customers
  • Performing order entry activities in diabetes area

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and in Spanish (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments
  • Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools
  • Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Team-player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision
  • Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness

Experience in using SAP (ECC, CIC) and Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA) are desirable.
