What you do:

You will act as a liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, features, and functionality on allianzlife.com. Collect, analyze, review, document and communicate business needs and requirements to IT. Work closely with internal and vendor resources to ensure that business requirement artifacts and deliverables adhere to quality and business guidelines. Understand and be aware of outcomes and impacts of new requirements to ensure they are aligned with both the IT and business unit objectives. Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities.

• Partner with the product owner to define business and user needs.
• Elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including facilitating working sessions with business partners, business analysis and online research.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and the project team.
• Partner with product owner and business stakeholders to document and refine user stories and the associated acceptance criteria for the team and continuously refine the backlog.
• Assist product owner with prioritization of stories to prep for sprint planning and identify business and technical impacts of dependencies related to priority decisions.
• Oversee the delivery and validation of the desired experiences, which consist of features and functionality on allianzlife.com.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience required as a Business Analysis in Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry; demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives.
• Four-year degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, specialized training or equivalent relevant work experience.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.

Salary Range(s): $47,000 - $94,000

$57,000 - $114,000
