  • Overtime opportunities available, averaging 15-20 hours a week.

Your Role:

As a General Labor employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technicians and providing top-notch customer service. You will have the chance to take on your own route as you prove your skills and dedication.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform weekly pool maintenance (testing water, vacuuming pools, general upkeep).
  • Fix pull pumps and motors
  • Diagnose pool equipment
  • Assist technicians with pulling parts/chemicals, loading trucks, and gathering tools and equipment.
  • Minor landscaping tasks (e.g., cutting down small trees, laying mulch).

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift heavy items and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle report required, as you'll be operating company pickup trucks.
• Prior service trade experience (plumbing, HVAC, construction for example)
• Mechanically inclined individual
