Your Role and Responsibilities

As an SAP Specialist, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing expert services using the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful SAP Specialist is considered by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

  • Configure and customize SAP HR modules to meet the organization’s requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users for SAP HR related issues & Conduct training sessions for end-users and HR staff on SAP HR modules.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and process guides, Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Execute test cases in various testing environments (development, quality assurance, and production) to validate the functionality of the SAP HR payroll system.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues identified during testing.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Implement and maintain system settings related to personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll, and other HR processes.
  • Manage and maintain HR master data, including employee records, organizational structures, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the SAP HR system.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in all SAP HCM Modules PA ,OM , Time & Payroll (any country) configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills.
  • Supporting Global Human Resource, Configuration support of SAP HCM / ERP Human Capital Management(HCM) application.
  • Experience in the implementation and production support of application packaged solutions and 1 year implementation, support and Post Implementation support experience.
  • should have knowledge on analytics and Legal Form related to Payroll and Year End reports.
  • should have adequate knowledge on the process and act as consultants to understand the requirements and closely work with business users, partners and business process owners/subject matter experts.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in supporting any country Human Capital Management Payroll and analyzing the Payroll Log to understand payroll related issues.
  • should have adequate knowledge to analyze the issues related to Payroll posting to FI, Time, PA and OM which can have impact on payroll.
  • Knowledge on any support tool like JIRA and Knowledge on Agile Methodology.
