The Desert Sun, based in Palm Springs, Ca., is recruiting a data specialist and editor to lead our investigations team. We dig deep, and this editor should be a master of Excel and experienced with other data management tools, including Access and Python. At our core, we’re storytellers, so this editor must be adept at synthesizing and visualizing data to expose real-world impacts, hold officials accountable and serve as a catalyst for positive change.
