Overview

The HRIS Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in empowering data-driven decision-making within the organization by leveraging HRIS data. This position involves leading a cross-functional team of HRIS Reporting Analysts to provide data and reports to develop and deliver compelling front-end reports and visualizations that support strategic goals.

How you'll make an impact

  • Coach, train, and manage a team of analysts who work on report process execution at various levels and in partnership with third party resources while maintaining established processes and SLAs. Team may include a diverse mix of professionals, support staff, and offshore or contract resources.
  • Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.
  • Consult with internal customers in response to data and report requests to define data requirements, reporting needs, first level of potential issue analysis, and general user support including training.
  • Maintain and develop reports and scheduled distributions in Oracle Business Intelligence applications (OTBI, BI Publisher or OAC), iCIMS or related HRIS reporting applications to satisfy report requests.
  • Ensure processes are followed including documentation and thorough testing and validating results against customer requirements. Also, participating in HRIS upgrades and enhancements.
  • Facilitate functional compliance, data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis.
  • Champion continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and develop new ideas for improving the user experience.

About You

Required:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence or similar BI applications.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for diverse data analysis needs.

Highly Preferred:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience with HR Reporting and ticketing tools.
  • Critical thinker with exceptional ability to model business processes and identify and resolve gaps.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, transformation, visualization, and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system and user issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS data and statistical analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of security concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in MS tools, including MS Teams, Word, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.
