Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records for attendance, calendars, reports, and databases with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, trainings, and travel—including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist stakeholders (students, parents, priesthood leaders) with professionalism, care, and confidentiality.
  • Support program administrators and workgroups, anticipating needs and helping manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by organizing supplies, equipment, mail, and document filing systems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative, adapting quickly to changing priorities and unexpected tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above; prior administrative or secretarial experience required.
  • Service-minded, humble, and professional—willing to go the extra mile to support others and the mission.
  • Quick to learn and adapt, with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills—able to interact respectfully and clearly with students, leaders, and Church members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn Church-specific software
  • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
