The ops team in each country is the heart and soul of Wolt. Every country team is a startup within the company. About the Restaurant Partnership Manager role

Wolt is hiring a Restaurant Partnership Manager to grow and develop Wolt’s restaurant portfolio in Georgia. The ideal candidate knows the restaurant scene and the owners and wants to create new and develop existing restaurant partnerships. You will also work closely with marketing and operations to help our restaurant partners be successful.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying and contacting restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt
  • Building relationships with said restaurants, negotiating partnerships with their owners, and successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential restaurant partnerships
  • Building strategic relationships with top restaurant partners and becoming their trusted advisor
  • Actively working with the rest of the operations team to make restaurant partners become more successful, displaying a great understanding of underlying economics to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Making sound business decisions while informing your intuition with data
  • Partnering with Wolt’s marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns together with our restaurant partners

About you:

  • To be a successful restaurant partnership manager at Wolt, you don't need to have specific work experience – especially as our industry is new and still emerging. What is important is that you are good at networking and building relationships. Shy and quiet are not words that describe you.
