This position is responsible for developing, evaluating and recommending systems security across the Financial Services Division This position is responsible for (FSD). Areas of responsibilities include RBAC (Role Based Access Control) design, access control / provisioning, security administration, and technical support . Participates in the evaluation of products and/or systems to enhance productivity and reduce manual work. Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for systems security related issues. Defining, maintaining, and auditing standard security and access roles within FSD. Providing second level IT support for FSD by resolving technical problems. Designing, implementing, testing, improving, and maintaining various custom software to support Finance and Treasury needs.
College degree in computer science, information systems or related field. 5 years technical support experience, helpdesk technical support and trouble shooting experience. 3 years of IT security work experience, oracle/peoplesoft security administration, design, and upgrades. Experience with solving complex technical and security related problems. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and NAIC regulations. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes. Knowledge of Windows XP and 7, Visual Basic, Novell and Lotus Notes. Application Designer Language knowledge. Limited travel (once per year) may be required. Work hour flexibility including 24/7 support.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
PeopleSoft security including integration broker, application designer and SQL. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking including basic routing concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and workstation operating systems. Knowledge of UNIX system administration. Finance or accounting background.
