• This is an in-office position at our Invine, CA location.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

• Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers.
• Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests.
• Assist team with group inbox.
• Assist team with order processing via resends, redraws, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers.
• Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests.
• Answer phone calls and reply to e-mails from our recording service clients.
• Assisting with resends via client requests, redrawing documents for signing deficiencies.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Ensure that all client requests are opened successfully.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience recording deed preferred.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
• Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.
