The Program Coordinator for the Center for Nursing Excellence reports to the Director of Magnet and Nursing Research and manages the assessment, development, implementation, and coordination of all UAMS nursing clinical ladder advancement programs. Coordinates and assists with professional workshops and resources for role development. Manages the nursing recognition nomination programs while maintaining all logistics and corresponding communication to stakeholders. Manges the Professional Development Fund and oversees applications for use, processing travel and conference registrations. Oversees centralized shared governance councils and coordinates with presenters to prepare presentations, record minutes and oversee roster. Provides an extremely high level of customer service to stakeholders. Serves as point of contact for Center for Nursing Excellence.
