In legal specialties at PwC, you will focus on legal support and advice across specific areas of law, confirming compliance and mitigating legal risks for the organisation. Your work will involve a wide range of specific legal matters and collaborate with different teams to drive business objectives.

Your Role

  • Manage the Ethics Office and Employment Law team’s group mailboxes and coordinate the incoming requests.
  • You will be responsible for organizational tasks in the Ethics Office and for People Compliance. Handle organizational tasks, including compliance reviews, creation of reports, and coordination of recurring activities.
  • Support the Ethics Office in internal investigations by writing protocols, organizing team meetings, and managing the incident management tool.
  • Maintain the team’s intranet site and assist with internal communications for Ethics and People Compliance.
  • Provide support for “Integrity Checks” and other requests via our support tool.
  • You will take on responsibility from day one and develop your technical and personal skills ‘on and off the job’.

Your Profile

  • Currently studying (preferably law), completed commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent education.
  • Independent, precise, and organized with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with a service-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a part-time capacity (40%) and flexible in managing workload.
  • Absolute discretion and a strong sense for confidentiality are essential.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French and / or Italian is a plus.
