Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Anti-Bribery External Partner Risk Assessments for the assigned region and closely work with key stakeholders to ensure that the Anti Bribery operations are performed in alignment with the AB External Partner Guideline and the strategic directions/projects determined by the Global Anti-Corruption Team.
- Review, analyse and interpret risk information and advise relevant stakeholders on internal and external risks related to Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption including mitigation and remediation actions as part of the AB risk assessment and the ongoing monitoring.
- Act as SME on anti-corruption and anti-bribery matters and provide guidance across a broad range of related issues at all levels of the business.
- Support and build competencies within the operational processes to efficiently and effectively deliver the the Col and Anti-Bribery Program on a global scale in line with the Novartis Code of Ethics and applicable global policies and guidelines.
- Provide country-wise/region-wise snapshot on overall anti-bribery risks, including but not limited to, reporting on key metrics (Key Risk Indicators), enabling pro-active risk to identification & follow through of needed actions
- Support review of the program, identifying areas of opportunities and recommend improvements
- Support the team on follow-up on deviations and ensure documentation of outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- University Degree in relevant area required
- Professional level of English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian language would be advantage
- 4 years of top tier consulting experience, finance /audit or Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC) experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries with relevant exposure to ERC function or related components preferred
- Experience in a highly regulated industry with its dynamics, regulatory framework
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment.
