We are currently looking for a:

TA Operations, Specialist (H/F)

permanent contract

TA operation team in Luxembourg is a hub for managing the centralization and execution service for investors' orders on fund shares. Our clients are the asset managers of these investment funds.

We provide brokerage and TA services for subscription, redemption, and transfer orders on fund shares.

This activity is experiencing rapid expansion due to the increasing number of investors and investment funds. Our team in Luxembourg handles all necessary operations to efficiently manage these transactions.

We ensure that subscription, redemption, and transfer orders on fund shares are processed timely and accurately. Our goal is to provide high-quality brokerage services and TA dealing management, with a focus on clients and investor’s satisfaction.

TA operation desk activity ranges from onboarding investors to the implementation of regulatory or contractual reporting. Indeed, TA operation agent will be responsible for managing various tasks

In the context of our development, we are looking for an internal employee to work in a department with a wide variety of task.

Your mission

Daily Production Management

:

BAU Operations

• Receipt and place of investors’ transactions
• Transmit and monitor of investors’ transactions by the Central Transfer Agent (CTA).
• Call back CTA or investors on outstanding transactions
• Monitor anomalies
• Ensure that transactions are accounted on timely manner
• Manage investor’s account opening requests with AML KYC department
• Maintain the client database, the contractual database.
• Cash processing
• Investigate on cash of pending cash and securities
• Ensure the execution of all corporate action notifications

Client Facing

• Be responsible for the investor and client request process until resolution
• Manage client incidents, escalation, communication and reporting to our Asset Manager clients
• Ensure the preparation of the various client reports
• Be the single point of contact for our client and investors
• Prepare and attend the various review services of our clients (Management Companies)

Ensures and strengthens the continuous improvement process, system and production control systems

• Ensure that an appropriate operational framework is in place: Procedures + Control plan
• Monitor and update incident database + implement preventive measures
• Continuous improvement of production checklists, adapting to changes in activity
• Being able to initiate, follow and manage end to end change request for systems with APS and IT. Validating our expectation with IT and priorities in term of development. Performing tests before and after release, shared output with management and be able to manage regression until resolution on due time.
• To be the point of contact and assist to PCC with IT.
• Manage end-to-end investor or client development request
• Be able to manage project end-to-end

• Job location: Luxembourg
• You will join an enthusiastic team of 9 peoples.
• Interactions outside the team: Client, Management companies, Auditors, Different CTA worldwide.
• Position eligible for teleworking and remote site
• A dedicated training plan will be setup.

Professional experience and/or degree

Master’s degree in finance or economic or at least 4 years’ experience in TA or Fund Dealing Operations
