Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects from conception to completion.

From Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to Supply Chain Execution (SCE), you'll orchestrate the harmonization of processes, ensuring consistency and a single source of truth across all verticals. You will ring clarity and alignment to our decision-making processes. You'll collaborate with multiple teams, aligning mental models, documenting critical decisions, and quantifying the levers that drive operational excellence. With your strategic vision and operational prowess, you'll become the go-to resource for sharing mental models and critical decision information, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the future of our supply chain operations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
