Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP NetWeaver / ABAP Developer to join our SAP development team. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions within SAP environments. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom programs and enhancements using ABAP on SAP NetWeaver, and ensuring integration with standard SAP modules and external systems.
The successful candidate will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
ABAP Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
- Develop and optimize ABAP code for performance and maintainability.
- Use various ABAP programming techniques including ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and IDocs.
- Implement SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and workflow solutions.
SAP NetWeaver Platform:
- Leverage SAP NetWeaver technologies to build robust business applications.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities with technical impact analysis and custom code adjustments.
- Integrate SAP systems with external applications via RFC, BAPI, Web Services, and OData.
- Work with modern development tools such as Eclipse with ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with functional consultants.
- Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and unit testing.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing solutions and support incident resolution.
Documentation & Support:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for developed solutions.
- Provide post-deployment support, technical guidance, and bug fixes.
- Assist in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in ABAP development within SAP NetWeaver environments.
- Strong command of ABAP Objects and modular programming.
- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, HCM, or PP is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP enhancement framework and extensibility options.
- Familiarity with OData services and Fiori integration is desirable.
- Understanding of SAP UI5, CDS views, and HANA development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills.
- ABAP Workbench (SE80), ADT/Eclipse, SAP GUI, SE38, SE24, SE93, SE11.
- Exposure to transport management (CTS), version control tools (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies is advantageous.

We offer salary from 3200 eur/brutto/month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
