Title : Field Marketing Manager
Location : Bangalore OR Mumbai OR Delhi - Remote
General Responsibilities:
SonicWall is looking for a Field Marketing Manager owning the planning, development and execution of all field marketing activities, both direct and indirect via resellers and distributors in the India market. The role reports to the Field Marketing Senior Manager APJ.
General Requirements:
The individual will work closely with the APJ and India sales leadership, as well as the global and APJ regional marketing team to develop a marketing plan supporting India and pan-APJ’s business goals and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the planning, developing, and implementing of marketing programs in the India market to drive lead generation, partner recruitment and enablement - implemented directly by SonicWall and indirectly as through-partner activities.
- Collaborate closely with India sales leadership and global marketing team, develop an annual field marketing plan and quarterly programs to support the sales team in delivering pipeline and revenue goals for the India market.
- Evaluate, prioritize and manage field events (onsite and digital), ensuring an end-to-end pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement, response rates and ROI.
- Manage and execute MDF-financed partner marketing activities for the India market.
- Work closely with global demand gen, social media and PR team to execute the programs in the India market and drive optimal results.
- Manage and own field marketing budget for the India market.
- Work closely with SDR to timely manage sales leads obtained from in-market marketing programs.
- Monitor campaign results and optimize campaigns for the India market to drive optimal ROI.
- Manage marketing agencies and 3rd parties in the execution of programs.
- Develop new customer case studies and video testimonials for the India market.
- Provide support for pan-APJ marketing programs on a function or project-basis as defined.
Requirements:
- The role will own the strategic planning as well as tactical execution and analysis of marketing programs
- Tactics cover the complete marketing mix, including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media, webcasts, events and PR.
- The position requires a blend of strong marketing execution and communication capabilities along with
- The ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external (partner) marketing, sales and executive teams.
- Looking for an energetic, upstart marketing professional, that can
- work autonomously but loves to interact with others
- doesn’t hesitate to build relationships across countries, continents and cultures and

- This role is based in either Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi and offers a hybrid working arrangement (travel when required)
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, experience in channel environments and IT security industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrates autonomous, proactive and structured way of working.
- Actively collaborates with the various functions and stakeholders across the organization.
- Drives collaboration with external partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
- Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Displays a results-driven and problem-solving mindset.
- Maintains an open mindset and has experience in a cross-cultural matrix organization.
- Fluent in written and oral English is a must.
