The Tender Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the overall technical coordination and management during the tender phase of projects. This role operates within international teams across the full spectrum of substation technologies-onshore and offshore, AIS and GIS systems, Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS), as well as renewable energy solutions-for Distribution System Operators (DSOs), Transmission System Operators (TSOs), and industrial clients.
Acting as the Technical Project Engineering Manager during the tendering phase, this position ensures that all technical aspects of the tender are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements. The role also involves driving the development of optimized technical solutions and managing technical risks and opportunities throughout the tender process.
