More about the role:

We’re looking for a Engineering Project Manager to join our NPI (New Product Introduction) Team in Signify Electronics in Piła.

As a Engineering Project Manager you’ll be responsible for management of product implementation projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Industrial Team to introduce new products to the factory
• Lead complex industrial projects (New platforms, Transfers, Cost down, Range Extension)
• Prepare & execute project plans securing time, cost & quality targets
• Monitor & report progress of each project

More about You:

• Master (or Bachelor) degree in engineering, project management or management
• Advanced Planning, organizing and execution skills
• Effective Change Management Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Data driven, fact-based mindset and passion for results
• Experienced as a project manager
• Fluent English and Polish
• Project management and lean six sigma certificates (Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, PMI, or other relevant certificates) will be an additional advantage
