What you do:
You will lead Allianz Life's compensation strategy and operations, ensuring understanding of evolving employee needs and market conditions. This role is important to maintaining market competitiveness for Allianz Life and supported Operating Entities. The Senior Director will lead proactive planning, design, and execution of annual performance management, ensuring a positive experience for employees and leaders. Additionally, you will represent supported North American entities in compensation programs, leading local efforts together with global projects. This includes overseeing sales compensation strategies and ensuring their understanding of our goals and market trends. We are looking for a leader with an understanding of compensation practices, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. The Senior Director Compensation will help shape the future of Allianz Life's compensation strategy and ensuring its success in a competitive market. You have expertise in sales compensation, contributing to the development of plans that achieve our goals. You will report into the Chief People & Culture Officer.
What you bring:
Base Salary Range $141,000 - $200,000
Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
