Description and Requirements

岗位职责

• 需求分析与方案设计：结合客户行业场景（如金融、医疗、智能驾驶等），设计端到端AI解决方案，涵盖大模型应用、智能体架构、多模态交互等模块。
• 主导需求调研，输出技术可行性分析及实施路线图。
• 技术落地与工程化：推动AI模型部署与算力资源优化，解决跨系统集成（如CRM/ERP）、数据流协同等工程挑战。
• 负责模型微调、RAG（检索增强生成）、工具调用（Function Calling）等核心技术落地。
• 跨团队协作与客户支持：协调研发、产品及运维团队，确保项目按时交付；提供客户培训与技术支持，提升满意度。

岗位要求

• 教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业。
• 经验要求： 3年以上AI解决方案开发经验，具备大模型（LLM）或智能体（Agent）项目落地案例579。
• 技术能力：
• 精通Python及主流AI框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），熟悉分布式训练、模型压缩技术。
• 掌握RAG、LangChain等开发框架，具备跨系统API集成经验。
• 熟悉Linux/Docker部署，了解智算中心网络架构（如InfiniBand/RDMA）。
