Spherion Staffing has a Customer Service Representative position available. The Customer Service Representative serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.

Pay $19.50/hour

Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a changing fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Possess organizational skills
