The Liaison is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract.
Responsibilities include: Ensuring service delivery standards, managing the transaction process, reporting, working with advisory professionals, reviewing and translating financial summaries, market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product, working with multiple service lines.
