Job Description:

Job responsibilities

• Leading product and technology development programs related to pad conditioner aligned to business portfolio strategy and industry needs.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative product ideas, coordinate with design and engineering teams for product realization.
• Leading cross-functional teams in the product development process to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Create and protect 3M intellectual property through the filing of new patent applications and / or development of trade secrets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working experience working in semiconductor CMP industry.
• Proven experience in product development and project management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science or Engineering major.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis and build plans to verify.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including communicating with colleagues around the globe as well as manufacturing counterparts.

• Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset.
