About the location:

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both Kaiseki and Sushi sections
  • Flexibly support either section based on business needs and shift assignments
  • Ensure proper mise en place and proper service during operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the assigned kitchen area
  • Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards
  • Practice safe food handling and comply with HACCP guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to senior CDP
  • Continuously learn and adapt to different techniques used in Kaiseki and Sushi cuisine
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions

What You Will Bring:

  • 2–3 years of kitchen experience in Japanese cuisine
  • Basic knowledge of Kaiseki or Sushi preparation
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility to work in both sections
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Passion for Japanese culinary traditions
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to always grooming standards
